CodomainMap	Declares the interface common to all codomain maps.

Class Summary

Class	Description
CodomainChain	Queues the contexts that define the spatial domain transformations that have to be applied to the image.
CodomainMapContext	Each concrete subclass defines transformation parameters for a CodomainMap implementation.
ContrastStretchingContext	Two points pStart and pEnd define the context of this transformation.
IdentityMapContext	An empty context for the identity map.
PlaneSlicingContext	We consider that the image is composed of eight 1-bit planes ranging from bit-plane 0 for the least significant bit to bit-plane 7 for the most significant bit.
ReverseIntensityContext	Deprecated This class will be renamed to InverseIntensityContext (or similar) in future versions

Package omeis.providers.re.codomain Description

Provides codomain pixel set data structures for Maps and Contexts. Some pixel set modification is also provided.

This package provides more complex data structures that represent codomains and modifications of the original pixel sets.
