Constructor Detail

LSID

public LSID(java.lang.Class klass,
            int... indexes)

Default constructor.

Parameters:

klass - Concrete Java class which qualifies the type of object this LSID represents.

indexes - Indexes for this LSID within the OME-XML data model.

LSID

public LSID(java.lang.String asString)

Constructor for non-standard LSIDs.

Parameters:

asString - The LSID as a string.

LSID

public LSID(java.lang.String asString,
            boolean parse)

Constructor for standard LSIDs that should be parsed.

Parameters:

asString - The LSID as a string.

parse - Whether or not to parse the LSID.
