Patches to be applied to OMERO 4.4 or OMERO 5.0 servers to
prevent further accounts from being created with empty
passwords.

This patch can be applied to an OMERO installation from
the root directory of the OMERO server's binary distribution
via:

$ patch -p0 <2014-SV2-user.py-5-0.patch
